I developed a problem with my SUV that my regular mechanic wasn't able to handle so I checked on this business Advanced Auto Service Center and found both positive and regular reviews. I felt the negative ones seemed a bit petty so I tried the business and was pleasantly surprised. The cost of repairs was high but that was also due to other issues that they kept finding. They would call me and show me the problem before they did anything and I could see my 18 year old SUV did develop other issues due to age. The repairs were completed and I was very happy with the way my SUV drove. About two months later my SUV wouldn't roll down the driveway so I suspected faulty maintenance and took my SUV in. The problem was with linkage and nothing at all with the work they did. They repaired my SUV at the cost of the part only. We drove off only to find the brakes were going all the way to the floor and returned to the shop. A bad brake line was found and repaired right away at the cost of the part again and no charge for labor. Again the problem was with the condition of my SUV and it's age, not the shop but they eagerly made the repairs without charging me for labor. The speaks highly of this shop and their integrity. I was ready to blame them but the problems have all been mine to start with. I trust this shop and I will return. I highly recommend

We had issues with our vans electrical system and the van not turning on. Steve took very good care of us he had to order the parts but got them very quick and repaired the issue. He also helped to get everything up to date, oil change tire rotation the whole works it’s like a brand new van. He kept us up to date with what was going on the whole time. We are very pleased. Came in with a fender bender on my utility trailer. I dropped a fridge on the fender while unloading which caused the fender to hit the tire which eventually ended up rubbing the wire to my signal light. Stephan and the team helped me get the fender straightened out and also required my light free of charge. Honestly came in looking to pay some cash but they really helped me out. Really good customer service.

I can honestly say this is the best place I've been too .They are friendly honest and work very fast i was in and out to get my brakes. Done in 45 minutes and paid way less than expected .Steve the manger was so nice .I will recimmending this place to everyone

The team was thorough, responsive, and flexible scheduling my appointment. I dropped in the day of and they made room for my car and clearly explained the issue I was having. They fixed my car problem the first time around and provided me with forward looking maintenance schedule. Super helpful.
